Thank you for participating in our customer service survey. We are asked residents, businesses and others who have dealt with the City – whether in person, on the phone or online – for feedback about their experience.
The survey asked respondents about their specific experiences dealing with the City, including their level of satisfaction with the service they received and whether or not their issue was resolved.
The survey results are confidential and anonymous. After the survey closed on June 30, the City will consider the results as part of upcoming organizational development and business planning work.
